We collect only the minimum information necessary to prepare and fulfill your sacred plant order: - Full Name: Used to label your sapling and verify collection at the counter. - Mobile Number: Required to send booking confirmation, pickup alerts, and customer service updates. - Email Address (Optional): Used to send your receipt and digital token. - Selected Pickup Counter & Plant Species: Required for counter logistics. - Transaction Identifiers: Reference IDs provided by our payment gateway (Razorpay).
3. What We Do NOT Collect
We do not collect, view, or store your sensitive payment details. All card numbers, net banking credentials, and UPI authorizations are processed directly on Razorpay's PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant secure payment servers.
4. How We Use Your Data
- To coordinate order preparation and counter distribution. - To communicate order status updates via SMS, WhatsApp, or Email. - To verify identity when collecting the plant. - We never sell, rent, or trade your personal contact details to any third party for marketing or advertising purposes.
