Terms governing the use of the Devi Sridevi Enterprises website and plant orders.
1. Introduction & Acceptance
Welcome to Devi Sridevi Enterprises ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing our website (https://devisridevi.com), placing an order, or utilizing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Devi Sridevi Enterprises has been serving families since 1985 with sacred plants and eco-friendly puja offerings. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or place an order.
2. Nature of Service & Community Initiative
Our sacred plant distribution is an eco-friendly community initiative for Vinayaka Chavithi (Ganesh Chaturthi). The sacred saplings (such as Tulasi, Maredu/Bilva, Ravi/Peepal, Jammi/Shami, Neem/Vepa, and Usiri/Amla) are gifted free of cost as a divine blessing.
The amount collected at checkout represents only a nominal handling, nursery preparation, and counter logistics charge (typically ₹99 per order). Customers pay no fee for the sacred sapling itself.
3. Order Limits & Fair Allocation
To ensure fair distribution among all devotees, each household/order may choose up to the designated limit of saplings stated on the ordering portal. Multiple duplicate orders placed using automated means or exceeding household caps may be reviewed or cancelled at our discretion to allow all families an opportunity to receive a sacred plant.
4. Self-Pickup Requirement
All orders placed on this website are strictly for self-pickup from the selected counter (such as Gajuwaka, Anakapalli, or Dwaraka Nagar). We do not provide home delivery or postal courier shipping. You are solely responsible for visiting your chosen pickup counter during operating hours within the specified pickup window.
5. Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete contact details (Full Name, 10-digit Indian Mobile Number, and valid Email Address). Your mobile number is required to verify your booking and issue your pickup token. We are not liable for delayed notifications or missed pickups resulting from incorrect information provided by the user.
6. Payment Processing
Online handling charges are securely collected via authorized third-party payment gateways (including Razorpay). We do not store or process your credit/debit card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs, or net banking passwords.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Andhra Pradesh & Telangana, India.
